Parking
Economy, hourly/daily parking facilities are provided at the airport for passenger convenience, depending on the length of your stay.

E-park
E-park, a self-pay parking system, is available at the Salt Lake City International Airport. This ticketless system allows you to enter and exit the parking facilities quickly with a credit card.
Credit Card In/Out
No ticket necessary. Insert your credit card upon entry and upon exit. Use the same credit card for a fast, ticketless approach.

The economy parking lot is located south and west of the terminal buildings. The airport provides free shuttle service between the parking lot and their terminals. The shuttles run every five minutes.

The hourly/daily parking garage is located directly southwest of the terminals. Level one is restricted to hourly parking only. Reserved parking for drivers with disabilities is available on all three levels of the garage and around each shuttle stop in the economy lot.
PARKING NOTICE
Vehicle is parked at operator's risk. A license to park is granted to users and no bailment is created. Airport and/or Operator do not assume any responsibility for damage, loss, theft, or fire. Posted parking rates are due upon exit. Oversize vehicles must make special arrangements and pay additional fees. Vehicles parked over 30 days may be relocated at owner's expense. Vehicles parked at the Airport are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations, including without limitation: Salt Lake City Code 16.60.065, 16.60.067, 16.60.070, 12.96.110 and UCA 41-6a-1408. Pick up and Drop off
Active loading and unloading only is permitted in front of the terminals. No parking or waiting is allowed. Unattended cars in this area will be towed.
Use the airport's free Park & Wait lot (see below) to wait for arriving passengers then pick them up in front of the terminals or on the drive-through lanes in the short-term parking structure.
The airport offers 30 minutes of free parking in the short-term parking garage for quick visits to the terminals.
Passenger Pickup
Passengers using Delta Air Lines will exit from Terminal Two. Passengers on nonstop international flights will exit from the International Terminal. All other passengers will exit from Terminal One.
Passenger pickup lanes are separated from the drop off lanes in front of the terminals. They are closest to the parking structure (far left).
Park & Wait Lot
The Park & Wait lot is an area where drivers wait in their vehicles, free of charge, while passengers deplane, pickup luggage and walk to the curb for pickup.The lot is located on your right as you enter the airport, south of Terminal One.
The lot offers an alternative to circling the terminals or parking in the hourly/daily parking lot. This lot includes large electronic flight information signs displaying flight arrival information. Once the flight has arrived and time is allowed for luggage pickup, the sign displays a message, "ready for pickup." This process works best if you instruct the passengers you are meeting to call you via cell phone when they are on the curb for pick up.

Utah Transit Authority
A UTA bus leaves the airport for the city center every 30 minutes during the day and every 60 minutes after 7:00 pm. One way fare is $2.00. Bus stops are located in the parking structure between Terminal One and Terminal Two. Limited service is available on weekends and holidays.

Banking & Cash Machines
Zions Bank operates a full-service bank in the lobby of Terminal Two. ATMs are located throughout the airport that access the major bank card networks including: Nova, Plus, American Express, Cirrus, Visa, MasterCard and Star.

Business Center
Regus Express, the airport business center at Salt Lake City International Airport, offers the traveler the following:

- Printing, copying and faxing
- Package shipping
- On-site staff to help with anything else you may need
Located in Terminal Two, between Concourse C and D (adjacent to the Delta Sky Club), Regus Express provides private workstations at the rate of $5.00 for the first five minutes and $0.65 for each additional minute.

Facilities for dealing with the needs of babies and small children are located in the restrooms.
InMotion Pictures
InMotion Pictures, the portable entertainment company, is an organization that rents portable DVD players and movies.
InMotion Pictures is located at the top of Concourse D with a movie drop-off location on the connector between Concourses B and C. Open daily 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

For language translation, please contact the Airport Control Center at 801-575-2401.
Lodging
Arrangements can be handled through direct telephone lines located at the far end of the baggage claim areas in both terminals. Courtesy vans can also be ordered by phone. Hotels in downtown Salt Lake City and the International Center (west of the airport) are easily accessible.
Lost & Found
Located on the mezzanine level in Terminal One, this office handles all items lost in the airport. Contact the office at 801-575-2427 or airport.lostfound@slcgov.com . Check with your airline for items lost on a plane.
Credit/ATM cards are destroyed after 10 days; keys are kept for 30 days; all other items are kept for 90 days.

Luggage Carts
Available outside both terminals, in the baggage claim areas and throughout the concourses from coin-operated machines for $3.00. There is a $0.25 refund for returning the cart to a stand.
Mail Facilities
A mailbox is located at the top of the escalator toward Concourse A in Terminal One. In Terminal Two, a mailbox is located just before the Concourse D connector. Both of these locations are inside of security. The mail is collected daily from both boxes. Stamps are available in all of the airport gift shops. In addition, there is a full-service U.S. Post Office just off the airport entry road at 320 North 3700 West.
Medical Emergencies
The Operations Division in the airport handles medical emergencies. To summon medical assistance dial 801-575-2400 or 0 on a white paging phone.
Paging
To page someone in the airport, dial 0 on a white paging phone located in the telephone banks throughout the airport or dial 801-575-2600.
Pet Relief
Pet Relief areas are available outside of security. These areas are located across from the terminal buildings at either end of the car rental lobby and between Terminal Two and the International Terminal. Clean-up bags are provided to clean up after your pet and discard.
Photocopying
Offered by Zions Bank in Terminal Two and at Regus Express in Terminal Two between Concourses C and D.
Police
Dial 801-575-2405 or 0 on a white paging phone to summon police.
Restrooms
Located in the areas just after you exit security screening in both terminals and throughout the concourses.
Restrooms labeled "Special Needs" are available in both terminals. They are accessible and allow for unisex and family needs.
Shoe Shines
The shoe shine stand in Terminal One is located at the top of the escalators as you enter Concourse B. In Terminal Two, stands are located at the top of Concourse C and behind Starbucks on Concourse E.
Sky Club
A Delta Air Lines' Sky Club is located in the connector between Concourses C and D.
Skycap Service
Skycap service is available in front of both terminals and in the parking terrace. Some airlines charge for this service. Gratuities are accepted by skycaps.
Smoking
Permitted in designated areas only. Smoking lounges are located on the lower levels of both Concourses A and B, near gates C8 and D1, and in the Concourse E lobby.
Telephones
TDD phones with LED read-out (computer screen) for the hearing impaired are in the lobbies of both terminals and by gates: A4, B4, B5, B7, B10, B15, C6, C7, on the connector between Concourses C and D, D1, D7, E gates in the International Terminal, in the parking structure, car rental area and in the lobbies of both terminals.
Translation
Assistance with translating over 200 languages is available by calling 801-575-2401 or 0 on a white paging phone.
Wi-Fi Services
Passengers at SLC can now stay connected on the road with free Wi-Fi access throughout the airport.
Accessing our free Wi-Fi is easy. Simply set your SSID to "slcairport.wifi" and launch your internet browser. The Wi-Fi welcome page will allow you to view the terms and conditions for using the Wi-Fi service and once accepted allow you the browse the internet. If you decline the terms and conditions of use, you may still browse the airport website, to include checking flight information.
Special Needs
The Salt Lake City International Airport has been carefully designed to accommodate people with disabilities. The restaurants, parking lots and restrooms are equipped with the needed facilities.
There are telephones accessible from a wheelchair at the telephone banks and TDD telephones for the hearing impaired in the lobbies of both terminals.
Throughout both terminals there are ramps and elevators. They are located near the stairs and escalators and are prominently marked on the airport directories in the terminals. In addition, airlines can provide other assistance for their passengers.
Airlines
When making your flight reservations be specific about your needs and the types of assistance you require. The airlines then pre-arrange for personnel or other service.
First Aid
Airport police and paramedics are on 24-hour standby. Either can be summoned by dialing (801) 575-2405 or 2400 on a white paging phone.
Gift Shops
Air Terminal Gifts and HMS Host operate retail shops accessible to all segments of the population. The staff is readily available to help as needed.
Ground Transportion
The taxis, limousines, buses and all other forms of ground transportation that service Salt Lake City International Airport are capable of providing services to people with disabilities. The key to using their service is to arrange it in advance. Call and request the necessary equipment prior to your travel.
Salt Lake City International Airport operates the shuttle bus service from the long-term parking lot with buses featuring hydraulic lifts. Advance notice will streamline this process, even though it is not a requirement. Prior arrangements can be made by calling (801) 575-2780 or 575-2401.
Parking
Parking stalls have been designated in the short-term parking structure and in all parking lots for use by people with disabilities. They are identified by the international symbol of access. These spaces are frequently patrolled. Their use by people who display the international symbol of access, either placard or plate, is enforced. There are extra-wide stalls close to entrances. Vehicles fitted with side lifts can be accommodated only on the first level of the short-term parking structure. If you need other help with parking, contact the Airport's Ground Transportation Division at (801) 575-2780 or (801) 575-2401 to make special arrangements.
Ramps and Elevators
All entrances and exits have the appropriate curb height or ramp access to accommodate those with disabilities. Wherever you encounter stairs or an escalator, an elevator will also be in the close vicinity.
Restaurants
The airport's restaurants can accommodate the needs of people with disabilities. Most of them have wide aisles, counters low enough for wheelchair access and ample dining space. Please ask food service personnel for assistance as needed.
Restrooms
Restrooms throughout the airport are fully accessible.
Service Animal Relief Area
The service animal relief area is located in front of the parking structure in the grassy area between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. See an airline representative regarding relief areas from the concourses beyond the security screening checkpoints.
Special Assistance
When making airline reservations, you can arrange for a wheelchair. Let the reservations agent know of any other special assistance needed.
Contact the airlines to make arrangements for a gate pass that will allow you to escort an unaccompanied minor, an elderly passenger or someone with special needs to the gate. The airlines issue gate passes from their ticket counters.
You can also contact the airport's 24-hour Control Center to make arrangements in advance for special assistance.
Telephones
Most of the telephone banks located throughout the airport have been designed to allow wheelchair access.
TDD Phones
This phone system for people who are deaf or hard of hearing is available in the lobbies of both airport terminals or through the Control Center by calling (801) 575-2264.
In addition, AT&T credit card phones throughout the airport have a TDD feature.
